He sped toward City Hall and only slowed when he parked, quickly pulling the keys out of the ignition and jogging into the building. The boy’s blue eyes scoured the hall as he looked for his best friend. Sure, he had been a prick to her since the party at the mansion, but he couldn’t ignore her. Skye meant too much and he was more than sympathetic to what she was going through.
